No-shows are reservations that are not checked in before midnight on the arrival day. In Mews Operations, you can find no-shows using the Reservation report.
How to find no-shows in the Reservation report
- To open the Reservation report in Mews Operations,
- on your Mews Dashboard, in the Reservation section, click on
or,
- go to the main menu
> Reservations > Reservation report.
- on your Mews Dashboard, in the Reservation section, click on
- In the Filter section, select Canceled.
- Select the Start and End dates
- In the Status section, select Canceled.
- In the Group by section, select Cancellation reason.
- Click on View report.
The report displays and groups the no-shows together with the cancellation reasons.
For easier filtering, you can also export the report to Excel by clicking Export > Export to Excel.
