No-shows are reservations that are not checked in before midnight on the arrival day. In Mews Operations, you can find no-shows using the Reservation report.
 

How to find no-shows in the Reservation report

 

  1. To open the Reservation report in Mews Operations,  
    • on your Mews Dashboard, in the Reservation section, click on or,
    • go to the main menu image.png > Reservations > Reservation report.
  2. In the Filter section, select Canceled
  3. Select the Start and End dates
  4. In the Status section, select Canceled.
  5. In the Group by section, select Cancellation reason.
  6. Click on View report.

 

The report displays and groups the no-shows together with the cancellation reasons.

For easier filtering, you can also export the report to Excel by clicking Export > Export to Excel.
