How to search for an invoice in the Mews POS Android app

The Mews POS Android app helps wait staff quickly search for invoices, making it easier to issue refunds, print receipts and leave notes during service. Wait staff access invoices directly in the app by searching for details like the invoice number, payment amount, or table number, ensuring they can quickly find information.

 

To search for an invoice using the Mews POS Android app:

1. Tap . The invoices window opens.
2. Tap .
3. In the search bar, enter an invoice number, invoice amount, room number or last 4 digits of the card number.
4. Tap on an invoice from the list to view it.

 

 

This searches for the invoice and locates it.
