The GoTo HUB integration provides global distribution of GoTo HUB partner properties' rates and availability, direct from Mews Operations. You can set up this integration in Mews Operations and update rates, availability, and restrictions in GoTo HUB, to receive reservations in Mews Operations. This integration is a two-way connection, meaning that Mews Operations manages availability, rates, and restrictions, while GoTo HUB pushes reservations into Mews Operations. GoTo HUB displays real-time updates of your properties rates and availability across multiple channels.
Note
- If you're already live with Mews, Mews does not configure the integrations for you.
- If you have any problems fixing the mapping errors within Mews, contact the Mews Support Team by submitting a support ticket through the Mews Digital Assistant.
- Make sure you have a contract with GoTo HUB before connecting this integration.
- The GoTo HUB integration does not support Reservation modification. The system can only create or cancel reservations.
To connect and configure the GoTo HUB integration, complete steps 1 – 3 in the Connect and configure your channel manager integration to receive reservations through external channels help article.
Map companies and travel agency contracts (optional)
This step is optional. You should complete this only if you want to assign reservations received from the channel manager to a company in Mews Operations.
For each travel agency profile you want to map, complete the steps in the Setting up travel agencies help article.
Map channel manager age categories (optional)
This step is optional. You should only complete this if you want reservations from the channel manager to include age category information.
To receive reservations with age categories through your channel manager and correctly allocate each guest with a respective age category, you need to map them in the channel manager age category mapping.
To map channel manager age categories, follow the steps in the Configuring channel manager settings to receive reservations with age categories help article.
- In Mews Operations, go to the main menu > Marketplace > My subscriptions.
- Locate the GoTo HUB integration and click Edit to go to the settings.
- Find and copy the Channel manager code. Note: GoTo HUB refers to this code as a "connection token."
- Send this to GoTo HUB at [email protected].
GoTo HUB support pulls the Mews Operations mapping information to GoTo HUB and instructs you on how to complete the mapping in GoTo HUB. Once complete, continue to the next step.
Testing the integration allows you to check whether you configured the integration correctly. You can test this with a small set of reservations for the next 7 days.
