As a revenue manager, portfolio manager, or operations leader, you use this dashboard to compare performance, identify trends, and monitor key metrics across locations.

 

This dashboard provides you with:

  • Portfolio performance overview: Compare revenue, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR across properties
  • Property comparison: Identify high- and low-performing properties
  • Trend analysis: Monitor performance changes over time across your portfolio
  • Segment insights: Understand which segments contribute most to performance
  • Revenue distribution: Analyze how revenue is split across properties

 

Note: The data on the Multiproperty dashboard updates every two hours. You can check the last updated timestamp at the top of the dashboard to see how recent the data is.

  1. In Mews Operations, go to the main menu main menu > Mews Business Intelligence > Overview.
  2. Locate and click Multiproperty dashboard.

Using the Multiproperty dashboard

The Multiproperty dashboard in Mews Business Intelligence is designed for teams managing multiple properties.

 

It helps you:

  • Compare performance: Identify which properties perform best across key metrics
  • Monitor trends: Track changes in revenue, occupancy, and pricing over time
  • Benchmark properties: Compare ADR and RevPAR across locations

For example, you can compare occupancy across all properties to identify underperforming locations and adjust pricing or availability.

 

Data filters

Note: Data updates every two hours. Check the “last updated” timestamp at the top of the dashboard.

 

You can refine Multiproperty data using filters such as:

  • Select date to analyze performance for specific periods
  • Filter by property group or individual properties
  • Filter by business segment to analyze performance drivers

 

Common filters in the Multiproperty dashboard include, but are not limited to:

  • Date
  • Property group
  • Properties
  • Space category
