The Revenue Dashboard in Mews Business Intelligence provides a complete view of your property’s income streams. As a finance leader, revenue manager, or general manager, you use this dashboard to track and analyze performance across rooms, F&B, and other operated departments.
This dashboard provides:
- Revenue totals and variance: Monitor total operating revenue, room revenue, F&B, and miscellaneous income.
- Rate & segment analysis: Track revenue by top customer segments and top 10 public rates.
- KPI monitoring: ADR, RevPAR, RevPAG, and average guest spend.
- Service breakdown: Detailed reporting of revenue by service type.

The Revenue dashboard highlights both total revenue and KPI performance.
Key metrics include:
- Total Operating Revenue (TOR): full portfolio revenue.
- Room Revenue: income from hotel room accommodation (as configured in your accounting category setup).
- F&B Revenue: restaurant, bar, and catering revenue.
- Other Operated Departments: revenue from parking, meeting rooms, coworking, etc.
- Miscellaneous Revenue: non-core revenue categories.
- ADR (Average Daily Rate): average revenue per sold room.
- RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room): revenue adjusted for available rooms.
- RevPAG (Revenue per Available Guest): average daily spend per guest.
- Average Daily Guest Spend: total guest contribution across services.
- Variance vs. STLY: comparison with the same time last year.
To access the Revenue dashboard:
- In Mews Operations, go to the main menu
> Business Intelligence > Overview.
- Locate and click on the Revenue dashboard.
Using the Revenue dashboard
The Revenue dashboard in Mews Business Intelligence is designed for finance, revenue, and operations teams to track revenue across all services. It helps you:
- Monitor total revenue performance: Track room revenue, F&B, and ancillary services.
- Analyze revenue by source: Identify top-performing segments, rates, and services.
- Benchmark against history: Compare revenue and KPIs with the same time last year.
- Identify opportunities & risks: Spot underperforming segments or services.
- Support strategic planning: Evaluate revenue mix and profitability for pricing, upselling, and investment decisions.

Data filters
Filters allow you to refine your revenue analysis:
- Select specific services, for example, Rooms, F&B, Parking.
- Focus on customer segments, for example, OTA, Corporate, Groups, Direct.
- Drill into public rates to see which drive revenue.
- Adjust date ranges, for example, daily, monthly, YTD.
Common filters in the Revenue dashboard include, but are not limited to:
- Date
- Property
- Property group
- Business segment
- Booking source
- Accounting category
You use these filters to analyze revenue performance and contribution.

Data visualizations

The Revenue dashboard presents insights in multiple formats:
- Revenue trend line chart: Total operating revenue vs same time last year.
- Revenue by segment bar chart: Breakdown by booking channels and customer types.
- Top 10 public rates chart: Highest earning rates by revenue.
- Service revenue table: Detailed breakdown across services, for example, rooms, F&B, OR meeting rooms.
- KPI cards: TOR, ADR, RevPAR, RevPAG, average daily spend.
