When you upgrade to the Advanced plan, you have access to all features available in the Essentials plan and gain access to the Advanced Guest Experience module. The Advanced Guest Experience is a module that unlocks a more customizable guest journey and additional guest-facing capabilities beyond the PMS foundation.

The Advanced Guest Experience is a product module that unlocks a more customizable guest journey and additional guest-facing capabilities beyond the PMS foundation.

  • AI Smart Tips
    • Use an AI-generated summary to view any guest’s preferences, past and upcoming stays and special requests
  • Custom domain email communications
  • Mews Booking Engine
  • Check in form
  • Policy exceptions
    • Create, modify or delete policy exceptions to override your default cancellation or payment policies for a set time period.
  • Text message check in reminders
    • Send automated text message to guests who have not completed their online check-in yet. Note: The system limits the reminders to 0.50 cents per room per month.
  • Guest Portal messaging
    • Guests can contact reception staff at any point by messaging them in the Guest Portal
  • Digital Key
    • If your property has compatible door locks, guests can use the digital key to unlock their rooms.
