Mews Operations  

Reservation management 

• One-click space optimization: You can organize your reservations on the Timeline with a click of a button using the Optimize space allocation feature. Saves you time and gives a clear overview of your availability.  
• Multi-property reservation screen: You can set up the Mews Booking engine with multiple enterprises and set preselected city/ location. The system then enables a location drop-down in the New reservation screen. Staff can easily make reservations at your other properties by just choosing the desired location from the drop-down.  

 

Rate management 

Public rates Maximum 80 included These rates are visible to everyone and are bookable through Mews and any connected channel. 
 

Housekeeping 

Employee messaging: You can use the Messages tab in the Mews housekeeping app to communicate with Internal users, and Customers.   
 

Reporting 

• Action log: The Action log tracks the actions that users at your property perform. You can view old data for an unlimited amount of time with Enterprise subscription.

Mews Guest Journey 

• Multi-property booking engine: You can set up the Mews Booking Engine with multiple enterprises and set preselected city/location.  
• Add your email domain for emails: You can set up an email address with your property domain name to send all guest-facing emails from Mews. This is to help you strengthen your branding while improving guest experience.
• Customize your online check-in: You can also customize your online check-in with the Check in form.

 

Mews Business Intelligence 

Mews Analytics: Mews Analytics is a Microsoft Business Intelligence, or Power BI tool, embedded in the Mews Property Management System, that consolidates data from your property(s) for a chain-level overview.  

Mews Analytics is part of the Enterprise subscription and you do not need to purchase it as an add-on. Although you need to enable the integration in each property in your chain before you can use it. 

 

 

Mews Open API  

Mews is the trailblazer in Open API property management, and it gives you the power to easily connect other hospitality tech software with Mews. Enterprise subscription provides you with access to Mews Open API, and connect to unlimited integrations using Mews Connector API. 

Another significant benefit is that you can create your own integrations such as a custom booking engine, a customized app using the Mews Open API.
