You use the Revenue workspace in Mews Operations to review your property's performance data and manage pricing from a single location. You do this when you want to monitor pickup metrics, review and adjust pricing across your rates and space categories, or apply price overrides. In Mews Operations, go to Revenue.
Note: The Revenue workspace is available to users with the Admin role, the Revenue Manager role, or the Revenue Workspace permission.

Using the Revenue workspace in Mews Operations
The Overview page
The Overview page gives you a quick view of your property's recent performance data, including pickup metrics such as your hottest stay dates. Use this page to identify periods of high demand and inform your pricing decisions.
In Mews Operations, go to the main menu > Revenue > Overview.
The Pricing page
The Pricing page lets you review and manage prices across your nightly services, rates, and space categories. You can view pricing in monthly, weekly, and list formats, and apply price overrides for a single date or across a date range. In Mews Operations, go to Revenue > Pricing.
Reviewing pricing in Monthly view
Use Monthly view to get an overview of your pricing alongside daily pickup and occupancy data across a full month.
To review pricing in Monthly view:

In Mews Operations, go to the main menu
> Revenue > Pricing.

Select Monthly view.

Review your pricing, pickup, and occupancy data.

To drill down into a specific date, click the day in the calendar.
You now see the daily performance overview and can manage pricing for that day or across a date range.
Reviewing pricing in Weekly view
Use Weekly view to review and manage your pricing across all space categories in a week-by-week format.
To review pricing in Weekly view:
- In Mews Operations, go to the main menu
> Revenue > Pricing.

Select Weekly view.

Review your pricing across all space categories for the selected week.
Reviewing pricing in List view
Use List view to review and manage pricing across longer time horizons.
To review pricing in List view:
- In Mews Operations, go to the main menu
> Revenue > Pricing.

Select List view.

Review your pricing across the selected date range.
Applying a price override
You can apply a price override for a single date or across a date range from any view on the Pricing page.
To apply a price override:
- In Mews Operations, go to the main menu
> Revenue > Pricing.

Select a view and navigate to the date or date range you want to update.

Select the rate and space category.

Click the three dots icon, then select Override price.

Enter the new price.

Click Save.
Note: You can apply a price override for a single date or across a date range.
You can now manage pricing for your property from the Revenue workspace.
