Mews allows you to add products to a new reservation so that you can:

• Choose the number of products you wish to add to a new reservation.
• Add additional products and ancillary services to a reservation, for example, ski passes or bike rentals.
• Add products for adult and children based on your age categories, to quote accurate prices for family reservations. You can learn about configuring age categories here and configuring the pricing details of products based on age categories here.

How to add products when making a new reservation

1. Under Options, in the Products field click on the drop down to access your product offering. Note: You can now dynamically price your products. Learn more about this here . 
2. Select the products that you want to add to the reservation and then scroll down to choose the space type that you wish to attach the reservation to. Note: To attach the products to the desired space type, you need to add the products before you select the space type. 
3. Once you select the desired space type, you can view the reservation summary on the right side of the page. Click on the drop down next to the Subtotal to view the reservation details, along with the added products.

 

4. Click Next.

Once you finish adding products to a reservation, you can see the product count in the Items tab in the Reservations management screen.
