Using the Flexkeeping noticeboard

The Noticeboard is a dedicated page for sending announcements to all hotel staff, specific user groups, or individual users.

How it works

 

Create a new announcement 



  • Click + Add new to create an announcement.

  1. Select recipients

    • Choose who will receive the announcement:

      • A single user

      • Multiple users

      • One or more user groups

      • Or everyone in the hotel using Flexkeeping

  2. Type your message

    • Enter the message you want to share.

  3. Send the announcement

    • Once you are satisfied, press the Send button.

 

Viewing announcements

  • Once posted, recipients will see the announcement on the Noticeboard.

  • Users can mark the announcement as read, and you (as the sender) can track how many recipients have read it.

  • This is indicated by an eye icon with a count of readers.

 

Marking announcements as read

  1. Click on the announcement.

  2. Press Mark as read.

Deleting announcements

  • If an announcement is no longer needed or has been seen, it can be deleted.

 

 

  • Note: Deleting may only be available if enabled in your settings.

  • If deletion is not available, contact your Onboarding manager or Flexkeeping support team.

✅ Tip: Use the Noticeboard to share important updates quickly with your team, track engagement, and ensure everyone stays informed.
