How to change my notification messages and emails?

To change bookable and additional services notifications follow the steps in this guide.

 

 

Housekeeping app

 

You cannot turn off task notifications for the housekeeping app from the profile settings, it needs to be done through the mobile device settings. Bear in mind that deactivating notifications for Mews mobile includes deactivating notifications for messages as well.

 

Channel manager

 

1. Go to Settings > Marketplace > My subscriptions
2. Find the channel manager integration.
3. Click Edit.
4. Go to the Notification email field and update the email address.
5. Click Save.

Mews Payments notifications

 

1. Go to Settings > Marketplace > My subscriptions
2. Find your Merchant integration
3. Click Edit
4. Change the notification email for merchant notifications and the chargeback notification email for chargeback notifications.
5. Click Save.
