When adding a credit card payment in Mews, you can choose between Mews Payments (online payment gateway) or external payments.
If you select the third-party terminal payment, you need to manually charge the guest on the terminal and then manually reflect it on the bill in Mews.
If you go to the guest's payments tab and the identifier and the status columns are blank, then the payment was taken with a third-party terminal, and you cannot track its status or make refunds directly from Mews.
