How to handle bed linen changes?

There are two options to handle bed linen changes:

 

 

1. If the linen change days and the room cleaning days match:

 

Set up a housekeeping interval to match how often you do the cleaning (How to change the cleaning period?).

 

For example, if rooms are cleaned every three days, set up the interval for three days so that the rooms are marked as Dirty three days after the check-in.

 

Note: Ensure the option Check-in makes space dirty is disabled for this setup to work properly.

 

 

2. If the linen change days and the room cleaning days don't match:

 

For example, you clean the rooms every day but only change the linen every three days.

 

1. 1. Go to Main menu > Operations > Space Status
   2. Apply filters.
   3. Export the report.
   4. In Excel, filter the reservations using the first column called Nights. In the case of the example, filter for multiples of three (3, 6, 9, 12, etc.).

Note:  The Nights column in the export shows you the number of nights your client has already stayed in the room.
