You can use placeholders to customize all emails that Mews sends to your guests. When you use a placeholder to customize an email, you customize it for all bookings and not only for specific reservations. To use placeholders, in Mews Operations, go to the main menu > Settings > Property > Guest experience > Mail templates. Read this article to learn more about customizing email templates.
