You can use placeholders to personalize the emails your guests receive, adding information about your property, guest, and their reservation details into email templates.
To do so, in Mews Operations, go to the main menu > Settings > Property > Guest experience > Mail templates. Read this article to learn more about email templates and how to customize them.
Mews groups mail templates into two categories: Bookable services mail templates and General mail templates. For a detailed list of placeholders available for a specific email template, click on the email template category or the email type.
