Using placeholders in "General" mail templates

You can use placeholders to customize all emails Mews sends to your guests, adding information about your property and about your guests' reservations into email templates.
To do so, in Mews Operations, go to the main menu  > Settings > Property > Guest experience > Mail templates.

You can choose to send your guest their bill via email after it is closed.
