Turndown service is the evening service in which a housekeeper prepares a room for the night. Housekeeping managers and housekeepers use Flexkeeping to allocate rooms for turndown service, complete it and track it when their property offers turndown service to guests.
Hotels that offer turndown service have an additional tab labelled Turndown on the Room allocation screen in the Flexkeeping web app. The tab is available after you activate the turndown module, which is a separate part of Flexkeeping that you switch on for your property. After you activate the module, you allocate rooms for turndown service in the same way as for regular room service. Flexkeeping shows you which rooms need turndown service and the status of each room, so you can track the service from start to finish.
