Unable to check-in / out a reservation

There can be a few reasons why you are unable to check in or check out a reservation:

 

  • The reservation has open bills. The following error message pops up: Cannot complete check-out. Please close all bills and try again. In this case you can:

 ​

    • Go to the reservation's billing screen and close all open bills. or
    • From the reservation Status tab, tick the Check out with unbalanced bill option.
