Check that your integration is enabled
- Navigate to Main menu > Marketplace > My Subscriptions
- Find the integration and check if it is enabled.
- If the integration is disabled:
- Click on Edit.
- Tick the Enabled box.
- Click on Save.
If you have printer or key cutter integrations
Printers and key cutters require external devices to be connected to Mews. When you cut a key or print a document from Mews, the system sends a command to the external software.
- Navigate to Main menu > Queues > Device Commands. Device Commands queue.
- Check if there are any errors around processing commands.
- You can use the Device filter in the top right corner if you want to filter commands related to a specific device.

If it's a Channel Manager integration
- Navigate to Main menu > Marketplace > My Subscriptions > Select your channel manager.
- Check if the Receive reservations option is enabled.
- Check if the Upload rates, Upload restrictions, and Upload availability operations are enabled.
- Click
Save. - Send an inventory update.
- Go to Main menu > Queues > Channel manager.
- Check if your inventory update was successfully processed.
- If the inventory pushes are failing, check the configuration of the channel manager rates, categories, products, and companies.
If it's a partner integration connection
Integrations like CRM, POS, Event management, Revenue management etc. are all independently built by integration partners and connected to Mews using Mews Open API.
This means the partner is responsible for their operation and maintaining the connection towards Mews.
When your partner integration connection is enabled in Mews and you don't receive any information from the integration partner, or the information that you receive is incorrect, you must contact the integration partner further investigation.
If it's the Mews Payments integration
If you can't create an online payment in Mews or your online transactions are not processed or resulting in errors, access the Mews Digital Assistant in Mews Operations. Send us as many details as possible including screenshots of any errors and transaction IDs (if relevant).
