The ADR dashboard in Mews Business Intelligence provides insights into the pricing power of your property. As a revenue manager, finance leader, or general manager, you use this dashboard to understand how much guests are paying per occupied room and how it changes over time.
This dashboard provides you:
- ADR trends: Use to review daily, weekly, or monthly ADR compared with historical benchmarks.
- Room revenue context: Use to track ADR alongside room revenue to see rate-driven vs volume-driven changes.
- Segment analysis: Use to identify which channels or customer groups contribute to higher ADR.
- Space category analysis: Use to evaluate ADR differences between room types.
Note
- Data updates every two hours. Check the “last updated” timestamp at the top of the dashboard.

- ADR (Average Daily Rate): Average revenue earned per occupied room.
- Room Revenue: Total revenue from sold rooms, shown alongside ADR.

- Segment ADR: Comparison of ADR by top segments, for example, OTA, Corporate, Direct, Groups.

Using the ADR dashboard
The ADR (Average Daily Rate) dashboard in Mews Business Intelligence is designed for your revenue and operations teams to track pricing and rate performance.
You can use it to:
- Monitor ADR performance: Track how much guests are paying per occupied room.
- Benchmark against history: Compare ADR with the same time last year (STLY) and two years ago (ST2Y).
- Identify trends: Visualize ADR fluctuations over time.
- Segment analysis: Compare ADR across customer segments, for example, OTA, Corporate, Direct, Groups.
- Space type analysis: See ADR by room type or space category to optimize pricing strategy.
- Support pricing decisions: Guide yield management, promotions, and long-term rate strategy.
Data filters
You can refine ADR data using filters:
- Select date ranges, for example, daily, weekly, monthly, or YTD.
- Filter by segments, for example, OTA, Corporate, Direct, or Groups.
- Drill down into space categories, for example, Standard, Deluxe, Junior Suite, or Dorm.
