Mews Business Intelligence provides a set of pre-built dashboards that help you monitor, analyze, and report on your property performance. As a hotel manager, revenue manager, finance team member, or operations staff member, you use these dashboards to track key metrics, compare trends, and support decision-making in Mews Operations and Mews Multi-Property.
Each dashboard focuses on a specific area of your business, such as revenue, occupancy, payments, or guest behavior. You access these reports in Business Intelligence and apply filters to analyze the data based on your needs.

Curated dashboards in Mews Business Intelligence
How to access dashboards
- In Mews Operations, go to the main menu
> Business Intelligence > Overview.
- Browse the list of available curated dashboards.
- Select a dashboard to open it, for example, the Pickup dashboard.
The selected dashboard opens with your property data.
You can now review and analyze performance using Mews Business Intelligence dashboards.
Overview of available dashboards
Operational and performance dashboards
- Daily summary dashboard: Shows key metrics, including check-ins, check-outs, revenue, occupancy, average daily rate, and revenue per available room, to support daily operations.
- Pickup dashboard: Analyzes booking pace by tracking new reservations, cancellations, and their impact on future occupancy and revenue.
- Occupancy dashboard: Tracks occupancy rates and room availability to help you understand capacity and demand trends.
Revenue and pricing dashboards
- Revenue dashboard: Analyzes total revenue by date, segment, and booking source to understand financial performance.
- ADR (Average daily rate dashboard): Shows average daily rate trends to help you evaluate pricing performance.
- RevPAR (Revenue per available room) dashboard: Measures revenue efficiency by combining occupancy and pricing performance.
Financial and payments dashboards
- Payments dashboard: Shows payment transactions, payment method mix, collection rates, and outstanding balances to monitor cash flow.
- Bills and invoices dashboard: Analyzes billing activity, invoice status, payment collection, and accounts receivable to support financial operations.

For example, you can filter the Revenue dashboard by business segment to understand which channels generate the most revenue.
