Can I remove the duplicate property logo in emails?

The property logo you upload to Mews is used in all emails sent to guests. This logo is also displayed on invoices, registration cards, the guest app, etc.


If you customized your emails with a template that also includes a logo, then the logo appears twice in emails.

 

It is not possible to remove the logo you set up in the Mews settings, but you can customize the body of the email template and remove the logo there. To update the email template, follow the steps described here: Customize your emails
