You can remove a customer from a reservation, such as a companion or the reservation owner, to correct booking errors or accommodate changes in travel plans. This ensures the reservation accurately reflects the actual guests staying at your property.
Note: Removing a customer from the reservation does not delete their customer profile in Mews.
To remove a customer from a reservation:
- Open the reservation you want to remove the customer from.
- from the Timeline select the reservation and click Manage, or
- enter the customer’s name in the search bar and click on the reservation.
- Click on the Group tab.
- Click on
Remove next to the customer’s name.
Once you remove the customer, Mews instantly updates the Smart detail window in the Timeline.
