How to add a customer to a reservation in Mews Operations

When creating a reservation, you can only add the main guest to a reservation. To have the details of all the customers staying in a space, you need to manually add them from the Group tab of the reservation.

To add a customer to a reservation:

  1. Open the reservation you want to add the customer to.
  2. Click on the Group tab.

To add an existing customer 

  1. Under Add existing customer, enter the name of the customer you want to add.
  2. Click Add

To add a new customer 

  1. Under Add a new customer, enter the new customer’s details.
  2. Click Create. 

You can find the customer added in the Companions section of the reservation details.
