When creating a reservation, you can only add the main guest to a reservation. To have the details of all the customers staying in a space, you need to manually add them from the Group tab of the reservation.
To add a customer to a reservation:
- Open the reservation you want to add the customer to.
- Click on the Group tab.
To add an existing customer
- Under Add existing customer, enter the name of the customer you want to add.
- Click Add.
To add a new customer
- Under Add a new customer, enter the new customer’s details.
- Click Create.
