You can create a PIN to access your Mews user account. Creating a PIN code for your account means you can unlock your account quickly, without needing to enter your password. This is useful, for example, when you need to regularly lock and unlock your user account or share a device with other team members. 

You can unlock and access your Mews user account with: 

• Your password, or 
• A PIN code 

Note: Your Mews user account password needs to consist of 12 characters and include symbols or special characters. You can learn more here.

Create your pin 

To create your PIN: 

1. In Mews Operations, click the user account icon at the top right.

2. Click .
3. Click on the Privacy and security tab. 

4. Click the PIN toggle slider to turn it on. Note: You need to enter your password before adding a PIN for extra security: 

5. Follow the instructions on the screen:  

6. Click Create. This creates PIN access to your account.  

7. Click Close. 

You have now set up PIN access to quickly log into your Mews user account.
