There may be instances when you need to change or reset your Mews user account password, for example, in case you forget the password, or need to change it for security reasons.
Your Mews user account password needs to consist of 12 characters and include symbols or special characters. You can learn more about tips for a secure password here.

Change your user account password
- In Mews Operations, click the user icon at the top right.
- Click
to go to your Mews user account:

Click on the Privacy and security tab.

Click Change your password. Note: You need to enter your current password as a security measure.

Enter your current password in the Password* field and click Continue.
- Enter your new password in the New password* field, and re-enter it in the Confirm new password* field. Note: Your Mews user account password needs to consist of 12 characters and include symbols or special characters.
- Click Save.
This changes your password. You can now login with your new password.
