When an update is available, Mews Kiosk automatically creates a task in Mews Operations indicating that one or more devices need an update and assigns it to the responsible employee. The employee receives task notifications on their Mews dashboard on the desktop, or in the Tasks tab on their Mews mobile app to obtain more information.
Note: The kiosk selects the Responsible employee as per the setting in your bookable services.
To complete the update:
