How to change the tax of a deposit

Automatic deposit amounts and associated taxes cannot be changed, however it is possible to choose both the amount and the tax when adding deposits to a reservation manually.

 

The create a deposit manually, follow these steps:

 

1. Go to the reservation.
2. Navigate to the Items tab
3. Click on the New Deposit button withing the Additional expenses section.
4. A deposit popup appears on screen, pre-populated with the default Deposit amount and tax rate.
5. Modify the Amount and Tax rate according to your needs. 
6. Click Create.
