To delete a space category, it can't have any future reservations assigned to it. This counts both requested category and assigned category.
To find and update all future reservations assigned to a space category, follow these steps:
- Run the Reservation report with the following filters:

- View: Detailed.
- For: Arrivals.
- Date: Choose a period that includes all current and future reservations.
- Requested category: The category you want to delete.
- Move each reservation to a different category:

Navigate to the Properties tab of reservation you need to move.

Go to the Assigned category section and select the new category.
- Tick the Update requested category box.

Click Ok.

Once all the reservations are reassigned to a different category, you can proceed to delete the space category following the instructions here.
