NederlandsYou enable Mews Business Intelligence Pro in the Mews Marketplace to access advanced dashboards, analytics, and reporting for your property or portfolio. You use Mews Business Intelligence Pro to analyze performance metrics such as revenue, occupancy, reservations, and marketing data directly in Mews Operations.
After enabling Mews Business Intelligence Pro, you can access pre-built dashboards to analyze your operational data directly in Mews Operations, and create custom dashboards, visualizations, and metrics.
Mews Business Intelligence includes a basic tier available to all customers, and an advanced Pro version with additional capabilities, including the ability to create custom dashboards for your specific requirements.
You access Mews Business Intelligence Pro based on your user permissions and subscription type:
- The basic Business Intelligence version is available to all customers.
- You enable the Pro version of Mews Business Intelligence through onboarding or the Mews Marketplace.
- Business Intelligence Pro is included in the Enterprise, Portfolio, and Brand subscription tiers.
- You need Admin or Sensitive reports access permissions to access Mews Business Intelligence.
- You control the users who have access to Business Intelligence Pro in the Marketplace integration settings.
Note
- If you are part of the Mews BI beta, you do not need to enable Mews Business Intelligence, as it is already active for your account. You must accept the updated terms and conditions to continue using it.
- If you do not have the necessary permissions, you cannot access Business Intelligence.
- For free users, you must have the Sensitive reports access or Admin permissions to access Business Intelligence. For Pro users, you control user access through the Marketplace Business Intelligence integration settings screen.

How to enable Mews Business Intelligence Pro for your account
Step 1: Access requirements
To enable Mews Business Intelligence Pro, your account must meet the following requirements:
- Admin or Access sensitive reports permissions: Only users with Admin or Access sensitive reports permissions can enable add-ons.
- Supported subscription: Your property must have access to Mews Business Intelligence Pro through your subscription package, or purchase it as an add-on from Mews Marketplace. Learn more in the help article about subscription tiers.
Note
- For free users, you must have the Sensitive reports access or Admin permissions to access Business Intelligence. For Pro users, you control user access through the Marketplace Business Intelligence integration settings screen.
- If you use the basic version, a banner in Mews Business Intelligence prompts you to connect to the Pro version, or you can purchase it in the Mews Marketplace.
Step 2: Enable Mews Business Intelligence Pro
You enable the Pro version of Mews Business Intelligence through the Mews Marketplace. Mews sets up the basic version by default during onboarding.
To enable Mews Business Intelligence Pro:
- In Mews Operations, go to the main menu
> Marketplace.
- Search for Business Intelligence Pro.
- Click Connect integration. Follow the steps on the screen.
- Confirm the setup.
- Once you have confirmed the setup, select Enable.
The system activates Mews Business Intelligence for your account. You can view it in My subscriptions in the Marketplace.
You can now access Business Intelligence from the main menu in Mews Operations.
Step 3: Verify Mews Business Intelligence Pro is active
After activation, verify that Mews Business Intelligence Pro is enabled and active for your account.
Note: If you do not see Business Intelligence in the main menu, check your permissions or confirm that the integration is enabled in the Marketplace.
To do so:
- In Mews Operations, go to the main menu
The Mews Business Intelligence workspace opens and displays the available dashboards. You can now use features, for example, the AI Executive Summary of your business’s data, and access all available dashboards.
