Payment policies determine how the system handles payments for reservations. These policies determine when and how a guest pays for their reservation. You can modify or delete a payment policy at any time in Mews Multi-Property.
When you delete a payment policy, the system removes it from all rates where it is applied. Once you delete it, you cannot restore it.
Note: Modifying a payment policy does not affect existing reservations.

- In Mews Multi-Property, go to the main menu
> Policies > Payment.
- Click the policy you want to edit.
- In the side-window, click the Details tab then
.
- Modify your payment policy details.
- Click Save.
This modifies your payment policy details.
- In Mews Multi-Property, go to the main menu
> Policies > Payment.
- Click the policy you want to edit.
- In the side-window, click
Delete.
- To confirm, click Delete again.
This deletes the payment policy.
