Payment policies in Mews Multi-Property determine how the system handles payments for reservations. Payment policies determine when and how a guest pays for their reservation. You can modify or delete a payment policy at any time in Mews Multi-Property. You find payment policies in the Mews Multi-Property main menu under Policies > Payment.

 

When you delete a payment policy, the system removes it from all rates where it is applied. You cannot restore a deleted payment policy. You keep your payment policies up to date without changing existing reservations.

How to modify a payment policy

1. In Mews Multi-Property, click the main menu icon  , then select Policies > Payment.

2. Click the policy you want to edit.

3. In the side-window, click the Details tab, then click the Edit icon   .

4. Modify your payment policy details.

5. Click Save.

 

Mews Multi-Property modifies your payment policy details.

 

How to delete a payment policy

1. In Mews Multi-Property, click the main menu icon , then select Policies > Payment.

2. Click the policy you want to delete.

3. In the side-window, click Delete  .

4. To confirm, click Delete again.

 

Mews Multi-Property deletes the payment policy.
