4. On the welcome screen, select your language.
5. Connect the terminal to your network.
6. On the confirm store screen, select the check mark to assign the terminal to your store.

 

Note: If the confirm store screen does not appear, wait for synchronization with the payments platform and try again.

 

When you complete these steps, you can process payments.

 

How does Mews Terminal A1 connect to my network?

Mews Terminal A1 connects to your network using Wi-Fi.

 

To connect to Wi-Fi:

1. On the setup screen, select the arrow button.
2. Select the plus sign to add a network.
3. Turn on the wireless network toggle.
4. Select a network from the list or add it manually.
5. Enter the network password.
6. Select confirm.

The terminal connects automatically and displays a Wi-Fi icon.

 

To update network settings later:

1. Select Settings and then Network.
2. Enter your passcode.
3. Select Wi-Fi.
4. Turn Wi-Fi on or off, or add another network.

Note: Use secure and password-protected networks to ensure reliable payment processing.

 

How do I access terminal menus on Mews Terminal A1?

Mews Terminal A1 uses keypad navigation to access menus.

 

To access menus:

• Press 9 and then confirm to open the Settings menu

You need passcodes for some menu options. You can get passcodes from your Customer Area or your administrator.
