The Blueground integration provides global distribution of your property's availability and rates, directly from Mews Operations. The integration uses a two-way connection. Mews Operations manages availability, rates, and restrictions. Blueground sends reservations into Mews Operations.
Mews does not send reservations to Blueground.

Step 1: Connect Blueground

Synchronize only one rate in this integration

Choose the rate you want to sync before you proceed

In Mews Operations, go to the main menu > Marketplace.

Under Categories, click Distribution.

Locate the Blueground integration and click Explore.

Click Connect integration. On successful connection, Mews Operations redirects you to the My subscriptions tab.

In your list of integrations, locate the Blueground integration click Edit to go to the settings.

In the Channel manager code field, enter your hotel code.

In the Username field, enter the username provided by Blueground.

In the Password field, enter the password Blueground provide to you.

Click Save.
Step 2: Configure the Blueground integration and mapping
Where do I get the documentation for mapping?

Blueground does not provide a mapping file. You manage the mapping directly in Mews by selecting the rate and space categories you want to connect. The integration supports one rate only.
What should I map?

You map one rate and all connected space categories. If you include any products in your pricing, such as cleaning fees or utilities, package them with the rate in Mews. The data must match what Blueground expects for reservation processing.
Which options should I select in the Blueground Mews Marketplace integration?

In Mews Operations, go to the main menu > Marketplace > My subscriptions.

Locate the Blueground integration and click Edit to go to the settings.

Under Enabled operations, click to select:

Upload availability

Upload rates
-
Upload restrictions
-
Download reservations

Under Options, click to select:

Create company and travel agency profiles
-

Map companies and travel agency contracts (optional)
This step is optional. You should complete this only if you want to assign reservations received from the integration to a company in Mews Operations.

Step 3: Test the integration
Testing the integration allows you to check whether you configured the integration correctly. You can test this with a small set of reservations for the next 7 days.

In Mews Operations, go to the main menu > Marketplace > My subscriptions.

Locate the Blueground integration, then click Edit to go to the settings.

Click Manual actions.

Under Push inventory:

From: Select today’s date.
-
To: Select one week from today.
-

Click Send, and then refresh the page.
Note:

If you have mapping errors, your selections under Enabled operations in settings are no longer selected. Mews Operations sends a detailed list of the errors to the address entered in the Notification email field. Fix the errors detailed in the email and repeat steps 1-6. Step 4: Enable the integration

In Mews Operations, go to the main menu > Marketplace > My subscriptions.

Locate the channel manager integration, then click Edit to go to the settings.

Select the Enabled box.

Under Enabled operations, select Upload availability, Upload rates, Upload restrictions, and Receive reservations.

Click Save.

Click on Manual actions.

Under Push inventory:

From: Select today's date.
-
To: Select 365 days from today.
-

Click Send.
Blueground receives real-time updates for availability, pricing, and restrictions and sends reservations directly into Mews.
This connects the Blueground integration.
