The RevPAR Dashboard in Mews Business Intelligence provides you with insights into revenue efficiency per room. As a revenue manager, finance leader, or general manager, you use this dashboard to track revenue performance adjusted for available room inventory.
This dashboard provides you:
- RevPAR trends: Daily, weekly, or monthly RevPAR vs historical benchmarks.
- Room revenue context: Total room revenue performance compared with STLY.
- Segment performance: RevPAR by top booking channels and segments.
- Space category performance: RevPAR by room type.
Note
- The system updates data every two hours. Check the last updated timestamp at the top of the dashboard.

Key metrics include:
- RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room): Revenue generated per available room.

> Business Intelligence > Overview.

Using the RevPAR dashboard
You can use the RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room) dashboard in Mews BI to analyse and view your property(s) revenue efficiency and profitability. Your revenue and operations teams can use it to understand profitability per available inventory.
It helps you:
- Monitor RevPAR performance: Measure revenue generated per available room.
- Benchmark against history: Compare RevPAR with the same time last year (STLY) and two years ago (ST2Y).
- Identify drivers of performance: Track room revenue and occupancy together to see what’s driving changes.
- Segment analysis: Compare RevPAR across customer segments, for example, OTA, Corporate, Direct, Groups.
- Space type analysis: Evaluate RevPAR by room category to optimize mix and pricing.
- Support pricing and inventory decisions: Use RevPAR to balance occupancy and rate strategy.

Data filters
You can filter the RevPAR dashboard and data using filters:
- Select date ranges, for example, daily, weekly, monthly, or YTD.
- Filter by segments, for example, OTA, Corporate, Direct, or Groups.
- Drill down into space categories, for example, Standard, Deluxe, Junior Suite, or Dorm.

Data visualizations
The dashboard displays RevPAR insights in multiple formats:
- RevPAR over time graph: Trend of RevPAR vs STLY and ST2Y.
- KPI cards: RevPAR, Room Revenue, Variance vs STLY.
- Top 5 segments by RevPAR: Shows the highest-performing customer groups.
- Top 5 space categories by RevPAR: Highlights which room types generate the most revenue efficiency.
