Receive reservations using the Temairazu channel manager for Mews Operations

Temairazu is a smart distribution system that improves operational efficiency and helps you drive increased profits from more direct bookings.
 
Note:  

• If you're already live with Mews, Mews does not configure the entire channel manager integration for you. If you have any problems fixing the mapping errors within Mews Operations, contact the Mews support team to help you troubleshoot.
• Make sure to purchase Temairazu before connecting this integration.

Step 1: Connect and configure the Temairazu integration

To connect and configure the Temairazu integration, complete steps 1 – 3 in the article here.

Map companies and travel agency contracts (optional)

This step is optional. You should complete this only if you want to assign reservations received from the channel manager to a company in Mews Operations.

For each travel agency profile, you want to map, complete the steps in the article here.

Step 2: Complete the mapping in Temairazu 

Access the Temairazu platform to add rate and space mapping information according to the configuration in Mews Operations. In case you need assistance, please reach out to the Temairazu support team.  
 

Locate the Temairazu guide on how to complete mapping  

1. 1. In the top menu bar, click Options. 
   2. Navigate to PMS Item Setting. 
   3. Scroll down to locate the manual. 

Step 3: Test the integration 

Testing the integration allows you to check whether you configured the integration correctly. You can test this with a small set of reservations for the next 7 days.
