Day use bookable services are bookable services that allow guests to reserve and use spaces at your property for a limited time period during a single day. You can learn more about day use services here.

Create a day use bookable service

You can create day use bookable services just like your other bookable services, but with one key difference i.e., the setting Day for the Bookable period.

1. In Mews Operation, go to the main menu  > Settings > Services.
2. Click the + button in the top right corner of the screen, then click Bookable service.
3. On the next screen, fill in the name for your new day use bookable service. 
4. In the Bookable period dropdown, select Day. Note: You cannot edit this option after you create the service. 
5. Set up your Arrival and Departure times. 
6. Click Create new service.
7. On the next screen, fill in all the details about your new day use, such as Name, Description, Visit options. Then click Save. You can learn more about this here. Note: Once you create the service Mews opens the settings form with pre-filled fields relevant and essential to the service. You can edit the fields if you wish to do so.  

• you can create a new category for the service, and then assign spaces to the category.
• you can define rates and define restrictions as necessary. Note: Defining length of stay restrictions can be very helpful when working with day use bookable services as this avoids letting guests book multiple days in a row, blocking the availability of other services.
• you can create and attach new products to the service.
