Downloading the Mews app

The Mews app is a fully mobile solution that lets you serve your guests from anywhere without needing to be at the front desk. You can reply to messages, handle housekeeping and manage your tasks all in one place. You can download the Mews app on both iOS as well as Android devices from the respective app stores. The Mews app supports different text sizing and adjusts to the reading size that you choose in your mobile device's settings.

In this article you can learn about how to download the Mews app: 

• For iOS devices

For iOS devices : 

1. In the App Store, search for the Mews App. 
2. Click the ‘Get’ button and then ‘Install’. 
3. Log in with your Mews credentials.  

For Android devices :

1. In the Google Play Store, search for the Mews App. 
2. Click the ‘Download ‘button. 
3. Log in with your Mews credentials. 

Once you log in, ensure that that Environment option is set to Production. Learn more about adjusting your text size for iOS or Android. 

Note: Keep Automatic updates switched on, so that your Mews app automatically updates to the latest version.
