How can I send an email asking a guest for their credit card details?

You can configure a confirmation email to be sent when a reservation is made in Mews. In this email, the guest can see an "Add your info" button that they can use to add their credit card details.

 

You can also use the Online check-in email. When sending this email, you are asking the guest to finish online check-in. It takes them to the guest portal where they can add their credit card details, among other information.

 

Guests also have the opportunity to fill in their credit card details during online check in.
