How to bill products and accommodation as a package?

Show one line for the entire stay

 

The guests only see the package they booked instead of a list of the products that are attached to their rate.

 

To have products and the accommodation shown as a package in one line on your bill, follow these steps:

 

1. Go to Main menu > Settings > Services > Stay > scroll down to the Options section.
2. Select the Bill as package option.
3. Make sure the option Has expanded bill items is not selected.
4. Click Save.
5. Go to each product individually.
6. Select Bill as package under the product Options.

The guests see the package they booked plus some separate products that you want to keep visible.

Set up your stay settings

1. Go to Main menu > Settings > Services > Stay > scroll down to the Options section.
2. Select the Bill as package option.
3. Select the Has expanded bill items option.
4. Click Save.

 

Set up visible products

 

1. Go to the product. Modifying a product in Mews Operations.
2. Scroll down to the Options section.
3. Unselect the Bill as package option.
4. Click Save.
5. On the bill, you see the product in a different line, separated from the package.
