How to upgrade a reservation?

 

 

From the reservation

 

1. Go to the reservation you want to upgrade. Make sure it is not locked. Locking and unlocking reservations.

2. Navigate to the Status tab.

3. Under Spaces, click on the pencil next to the room number.

4. Choose the new room from the dropdown menu.

5. Click Save.

 

From the Timeline

 

1. Go to the Timeline.
2. Find the reservation you want to upgrade.
3. Drag and drop on the new space.

 

How to downgrade a reservation?

 

1. Open the reservation you want to downgrade. Make sure it is not locked. Locking and unlocking reservations.

2. Navigate to the Properties tab.

3. Scroll down to the Assigned category section.

4. Choose the new space category from the dropdown menu. Note: If the category assigned during the reservation differs from the desired category, you need to update it. Select Update requested category and update the price, as applicable.

5. Click Ok.

6. Mews automatically allocates the reservation to any available space within the new category. 

 

Note: reservations cannot be downgraded directly from the Timeline.
