Why is the base price change not updating some space rates?

When you change the base price of a rate, it updates all space category prices within that rate. However, the base price update does not trigger if you have manually overridden a price for a certain space and date.

 

To check if this is the case, follow these steps:

 

1. Go to Main Menu > Settings > Services > Stay.
2. Click on Rates.
3. Find and open the affected Base rate.
4. Click on the Pricing icon on the top right.
5. All spaces and days that have been manually overridden have a black triangle on the top-right corner. 

 

 

To remove the price override, follow these steps:

 

1. Click on the affected date and space.
2. Click on Remove Adjustment to reflect the base price.
3. Repeat for every rate that has been manually adjusted.
