The NextPax channel manager integration provides global distribution of your properties' rates and availability, direct from Mews Operations. You can set up this integration in Mews Operations and update rates, availability, and restrictions in NextPax, to receive reservations in Mews Operations. This channel manager is a two-way connection, meaning that Mews Operations manages availability, rates, and restrictions, while NextPax pushes reservations into Mews Operations.
Note:
- If you're already live with Mews, Mews does not configure the entire channel manager integration for you. If you have any problems fixing the mapping errors within Mews Operations, contact the Mews support team to help you troubleshoot.
- Make sure to purchase NextPax before connecting this integration.

Step 1: Connect and configure the NextPax integration
To connect and configure the NextPax integration, complete steps 1 – 3 in the article here.
Map companies and travel agency contracts (optional)
This step is optional. You should complete this only if you want to assign reservations received from the channel manager to a company in Mews Operations.
For each travel agency profile, you want to map, complete the steps in the article here.
Step 2: Send mapping information to NextPax
- In Mews Operations, go to the main menu
> Marketplace > My subscriptions.
- Locate the NextPax integration and click Edit to go to the settings.
- Find and copy the Channel manager code, then send this to NextPax support. Note: NextPax refers to this code as a "connection token".
NextPax support pulls the Mews mapping information to NextPax and instructs you on how to complete the mapping in NextPax. Once complete, continue to the next step.
Step 3: Test the integration
Testing the integration allows you to check whether you configured the integration correctly. You can test this with a small set of reservations for the next 7 days.
