Step 1 Check your Wi-Fi router connection
You can do this by trying to connect the Wi-Fi network you want to connect to your terminal, to a different device, such as your phone or laptop.
- If the Wi-Fi router doesn't work properly with a different device, ask your IT department to resolve the issue.
- If the router is active but the terminal is not connecting to the Wi-Fi, proceed to the next step.
Step 2: Restart the terminal Wi-Fi
- On your terminal press 9 and then the green button..
- Enter the PIN code for the Admin menu and press the green button. To know how you can find your PIN click here.
- Click Network > Wi-Fi.
- Make sure to enable Wi-Fi, and select your desired Wi-Fi network.
- Enter your Wi-Fi password linked to the router.
If this does not solve the problem, proceed to the third solution.
Step 3: Reset your Wi-Fi
- On your terminal press 9 and then the green button..
- Enter the PIN code for the Admin menu and press the green button. To know how you can find your PIN click here.
- Click Network > Wi-Fi > Wi-Fi-reset and select the option. Wait for the terminal to reboot.
- On your terminal press 9 and then the green button..
- Enter the PIN code for the Admin menu and press the green button.
- Click Network > Wi-Fi.
- Enable Wi-Fi. The terminal starts scanning for available networks.
- Select the desired network, and enter your Wi-Fi password.
