The Cleaning Times Dashboard is where you review housekeeping performance at your property, including cleaning activity, cleaning times, and team workload, using larger data sets over longer periods than previous reporting allowed. The Cleaning Times Dashboard is embedded directly in Flexkeeping, so you do not need external tools to use the dashboard. The charts in the Cleaning Times Dashboard are interactive and connected. When you click a value in one chart, Flexkeeping filters the other charts to match that value. Use the connected charts to move from an overview to a specific detail, such as a single cleaning type or user, without resetting your filters. The Cleaning Times Dashboard displays in English only and shows data up to the previous day, not for the current day. How to use the Cleaning Times Dashboard in Flexkeeping

The Cleaning Times Dashboard in Flexkeeping has filters that apply to every tab, six sections that each show a different part of your housekeeping data, and export options for whole tabs or single sections.

How to filter the Cleaning Times Dashboard

The filters in the Cleaning Times Dashboard in Flexkeeping apply to all tabs of the dashboard at once.

1. In the Flexkeeping web app, go to the main menu > Analytics > Cleaning Times Dashboard.

2. In the filter panel on the left of the Cleaning Times Dashboard, select from the following filters:

   • Date and time range: Click to select the date range you want to view. You can set the date and time range using:

     • Last, for the last day, week, month, quarter, or year

     • Previous, for the previous week, month, or year

     • Custom, for a specific date and time range

   • Property: Click to select one or multiple properties to view.

   • Sector: Click to select a sector to view.

   • Space type: Click to select a space type to view.

   • Room: Click to select a room or room type to view.

   • Cleanness Status at Start: Click to select a cleanness status at start to view, for example Cleaned, Dirty, or Inspected.

   • Cleanness Status at End: Click to select a cleanness status at end to view, for example Cleaned, Dirty, or Inspected.

   • Cleaning Type: Click to select a cleaning type to view, for example Departure clean, Full clean, or No clean.

   • Room status: Click to select a room status to view, for example Departure, Empty, or Stayover.

   • User group: Click to select a user group to view.

   • User: Click to select a specific user to view.

3. Click Apply Filters.

The selected filters apply to all 6 tabs of the Cleaning Times Dashboard. 

What the sections of the Cleaning Times Dashboard show

The Cleaning Times Dashboard in Flexkeeping organizes housekeeping data into the following sections: Cleaned Rooms Overview, Cleaning Times Overview, Cleaning Times Table, Cleaning details, Guest attributes, and Multi-property.

What the Cleaned Rooms Overview section shows

The Cleaned Rooms Overview section of the Cleaning Times Dashboard shows how many rooms were cleaned, the cleaning status of each room, such as Clean or Inspected, and the cleaning types applied. The Cleaning Times Dashboard counts every recorded cleaning action, including cases where a room is cleaned or inspected more than once.

What the Cleaning Times Overview section shows

The Cleaning Times Overview section of the Cleaning Times Dashboard shows all cleaning types used at your property, including departure clean, stayover clean, deep clean, legionella checks, and any custom cleaning types you configured. If your property does not use cleaning types, the cleaning type fields show as Not specified.

The Cleaning Times Overview section helps you assess team workload and productivity, including:

• Number of housekeepers working per day

• Average rooms cleaned per housekeeper per day

• Expected cleaning time versus actual cleaning time

• Average cleaning time per room

• Total cleaning time

Use these metrics for staffing decisions, workload planning, and compliance with labor or union rules.

What the Cleaning Times Table section shows

The Cleaning Times Table section of the Cleaning Times Dashboard compares expected cleaning time with actual cleaning time, broken down by room status, cleanness status, cleaning type, room type, room, users, user per room, and user per cleaning type. Use the Cleaning Times Table section to identify where cleaning takes longer than expected and where you want to adjust your processes.

What the Cleaning details section shows

The Cleaning details section of the Cleaning Times Dashboard shows how many rooms each user cleaned, and each user's average and total cleaning time. These figures reflect the actual recorded activity in Flexkeeping. If a room is marked clean more than once, the Cleaning Times Dashboard includes each recorded event.

What the Guest attributes section shows

The Guest attributes section of the Cleaning Times Dashboard shows guest-related room attributes, such as Do Not Disturb, Eco, or No Clean, and other special requests, so you understand why certain rooms were not cleaned. You can view the guest attributes per day, per room, or as detailed entries.

What the Multi-property section shows

The Multi-property section of the Cleaning Times Dashboard is available if you have access to multiple properties or tenants. In the Multi-property section, one dashboard shows the combined data of your properties. You can view the total rooms cleaned by room status and by cleanness status, cleaned rooms per hour, the number of users working, and the average number of rooms cleaned per user for each property.

How to export the Cleaning Times Dashboard

You can export the Cleaning Times Dashboard in Flexkeeping by tabs, or export specific sections within each tab.

How to export a tab of the Cleaning Times Dashboard

You can export a whole tab of the Cleaning Times Dashboard in Flexkeeping as a Portable Document Format, or PDF, file or as an image.

1. In the Flexkeeping web app, go to the main menu > Analytics > Cleaning Times Dashboard.

2. In the filter panel on the left, apply the filters you need.

3. Click the tab you want to export.

4. Click the More icon > Download > Export to PDF or Download as image.

Flexkeeping exports the selected tab of the Cleaning Times Dashboard as a PDF file or as an image.

How to export a section of a tab in the Cleaning Times Dashboard

You can export a single section of a tab in the Cleaning Times Dashboard in Flexkeeping as a comma-separated values, or CSV, file, as an Excel file, or as an image.

1. In the Flexkeeping web app, go to the main menu > Analytics > Cleaning Times Dashboard.

2. In the filter panel on the left, apply the filters you need.

3. Click the tab you want.

4. Find the section you want to export.

5. In the section, click the More icon > Download > Export to .CSV, Export to Excel or Download as image.

Flexkeeping exports the selected section of the tab in the Cleaning Times Dashboard as a CSV file, an Excel file, or an image.

What are the limitations of the Cleaning Times Dashboard

The Cleaning Times Dashboard in Flexkeeping has the following limitations:

• The Cleaning Times Dashboard displays in English only, and custom translations from localized labels do not appear.

• Data is updated once per day, not in real time. Same-day data is not available; results are shown only for previous days.

• Large date ranges can take longer to load.

• Charts are fixed and shared across all properties.

• Extra task credits and assignment bonuses are not yet included in the Cleaning Times Dashboard.

Mews plans to address these limitations in future updates.

 

Once you apply your filters in the Cleaning Times Dashboard in Flexkeeping, you can see how many rooms your team cleaned, how long each cleaning took compared with the expected time, and how the workload is spread across your housekeepers, and you can export any tab or section for reporting.
