The Amadeus iHotelier channel manager integration provides global distribution of your properties' rates and availability, direct from Mews Operations. You can set up this integration in Mews Operations and update rates, availability, and restrictions in Amadeus iHotelier, to receive reservations in Mews Operations. This channel manager is a two-way connection, meaning that Mews Operations manages availability, rates, and restrictions, while Amadeus iHotelier pushes reservations into Mews Operations.

Some things to know before you set up Amadeus iHotelier for Mews Operations:
- You need to have already signed a contract with Amadeus iHotelier.
- You need your mapping table and a date for testing.
- If you want to enable reservation synchronization, you need to sign up for it and enable it in Amadeus iHotelier before you connect the integration in Mews.
- Your Mews property and Amadeus iHotelier need to be in the same pricing environments. For example, if a property is in gross pricing in Mews, make sure Amadeus iHotelier setup allows for gross price updates.
- If you're already live with Mews, Mews does not configure the entire channel manager integrations for you. If you have any problems fixing the mapping errors within Mews, contact the Mews support team to help you troubleshoot.

Step 1: Connect Amadeus iHotelier
- To connect Amadeus iHotelier, complete step 1 in the article here.
- Go to the main menu
> Marketplace.
- Under Categories, click Distribution.
- Locate the Amadeus iHotelier integration, then click Edit to go to the settings.
- In the Channel manager code field, enter your Property ID Business Number, which you can find in the Amadeus iHotelier mapping table.
- Enter the same number in the Username field.
- In the Password field, enter
C0nn3ct+ the number from the Channel manager code field. For example, if your channel manager code is 92551, enterC0nn3ct92551.
Note: Enable the integration only after you configure everything and complete the testing with the channel manager in step 3.
Step 2: Configure Amadeus iHotelier
