Mews uses the sign-in image from your property settings as the background image of your Mews Booking Engine and your property's image for the Guest Portal. A sign-in image helps you showcase your property's brand to guests. You can upload a background image at any time directly within Mews Operations. For best results, use an image with a resolution of at least 1920×1080. If you have a video URL in your Mews Booking Engine, it overrides your background image.
To upload your background image:
- In Mews Operations, go to the main menu
> Settings > Property.
- Under Sign-in image,
- Drag an image into the drop-zone, or
- Click Choose file.
- Click Change. Note: Mews supports only JPEG and PNG file formats.
This saves your sign-in image. You cannot delete your background image once you upload one, you can only replace it. To change your background image, upload the new image in the Image section under the Sign-in image field and click Change.
