You can set up this integration in Mews Operations and update rates, availability, and restrictions in SHR Central Reservation System, to receive reservations in Mews Operations. This channel manager is a two-way connection, meaning that Mews Operations manages availability, rates, and restrictions, while SHR Central Reservation System pushes reservations into Mews Operations.

  • If you're already live with Mews, Mews does not configure the entire channel manager integration for you. If you have any problems fixing the mapping errors within Mews Operations, contact the Mews support team to help you troubleshoot.
  • Make sure to purchase SHR Central Reservation System before connecting this integration.
  • SHR Central Reservation System works in both net and gross pricing environments. Regardless of the pricing environment, SHR Central Reservation System sends reservations in net, and Mews Operations adds tax on top.
