If you cannot add a product to a reservation when creating it, because it doesn't show up in the selection of products, there can be two reasons:
- The product is created as an Additional service instead of part of the Stay service. Understanding services.
- The option Offer to employee is not enabled in the product.
To fix it, follow the instructions below:
- Go to main menu > Settings > Services.
- Check the list of additional products.
- If the product appears in the additional services list, create the product as new within the bookable service.
- If the product does not appear as an additional service:
- Go to the bookable service you are using, for example, Stay.
- Go to Products.
- Find the product you want to add to the reservation.
- Scroll down to Product options and enable the Offer to employee option.
