How to report on voucher usage in Mews Operations

Guests can use a voucher when making a reservation through the Mews Booking Engine. Mews Operations assigns vouchers to a private rate that guests can use when they make their booking.

 

You can view all bookings grouped by voucher using the Reservations report in Mews Operations to improve your financial reporting accuracy and streamline your revenue management processes.

Creating a reservation report grouped by voucher

1. In Mews Operations, go to the main menu  > Reservations > Reservation report. The reservation report displays.
2. Click Filter to display the report filter, if not already displayed.
3. Enter your required report criteria in the filter. You can learn more about the filters you can apply in this article here.
4. Under Group by, click to select Voucher.

 

 

 

5. Click View report.

 

Mews Operations displays the reservation report, detailing all reservations grouped by voucher.
